Bahman Movaqar is an accomplished Senior Software Engineer with extensive experience in distributed systems, microservices, and software architecture. Currently at Hootsuite since August 2020, Bahman has been instrumental in integrating Sparkcentral services by improving tooling and establishing alerting rules with an SRE mindset. Previously, Bahman held a senior position at Method Studios, focusing on modernizing architecture and enhancing team collaboration, and at RELEX Solutions, where contribution to a scalable platform and quality assurance processes were key responsibilities. As Head of Engineering at Ixaris, Bahman led talent acquisition and team empowerment initiatives.
