Anne Margaret Yap has extensive experience in customer success and account management across various industries. Currently serving as Renewal Manager at Hootsuite since May 2021, Anne previously held the position of Head of Customer Success & Support at StandardFusion, where significant achievements included a 60% customer retention rate and a 15% client growth rate. Anne also excelled as an SMB Account Executive at Zendesk, managing over 2,000 accounts in the APAC region, and as a Customer Success Manager at Kalibrr, overseeing relationships with top enterprise clients. Anne began a career with Procter & Gamble as a Human Resources Intern and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Ateneo de Manila University.
