Sean Simon, CDR, CHRP, currently serves as the IT Recruitment Manager at HOOPP (Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan) since June 2021, where responsibilities include leading the recruitment lifecycle for various key delivery groups and developing strategic recruitment plans. Previously, Sean held the position of Recruitment Manager at DAPASOFT LTD from October 2013 until May 2021. Sean's educational background includes ongoing studies in Philosophy at the University of Toronto, which began in September 1988.
