Cathy Phung has extensive experience in operations and infrastructure investments, currently holding a position at HOOPP (Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan) since November 2019, specializing in Infrastructure Investments. Prior to this role, Cathy served in various capacities at HOOPP from 2010 to September 2019, including Advisor in Operations Management and Program Advisor for the Pension Administration System. Cathy began their career as an Executive Assistant to the Senior Manager at MedicAlert Foundation Canada from 2008 to 2010. Cathy holds a BA in History from the University of Toronto - University College and a Pension Plan Administration Certificate from Humber College, complemented by additional educational pursuits at Ryerson University.
