Galo Encalada has extensive experience in the insurance and financial services industry, currently serving as Socio Comercial de HOOPIS UNIVERSITY at Hoopis Performance Network since March 2018, where Galo contributes to a virtual training program aimed at enhancing productivity for agents. Prior to this role, Galo worked at Western & Southern Life as Staff Manager for the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area from October 2014 to September 2016, focusing on recruiting and training agents within the Hispanic market. Galo's earlier positions include Territory Manager for the Rio Grande Valley area at Combined Insurance and Director at ACE Group, with an extensive tenure as Sales Manager at Combined Insurance from 1998 to 2007.
