Rachel Zacharias is a Health Care Regulatory Litigation Associate at Hooper, Lundy & Bookman, P.C. since March 2023, previously serving as an Appellate and Government and Regulatory Litigation Associate at Quinn Emanuel from September 2021 to March 2023. Rachel has rich experience in federal litigation involving life science patents, trade secrets, and various areas of law, including constitutional and employment law.
