Stefan Mladenovic has a work experience spanning from 2014 to present. Stefan started their career at Johnson Controls as a Maintenance Technician from October 2014 to June 2015. Stefan then worked at Adient as a Manufacturing Engineer from June 2015 to December 2018, where they were responsible for designing, procuring, installing, and validating manufacturing processes. Additionally, they analyzed labor utilization, equipment requirements, workflow, and manufacturing space requirements for maximum efficiency. Stefan later transitioned to the role of Manufacturing Manager at Adient from December 2018 to October 2022. Since November 2022, they have been working as a Delivery Manager at Hooloovoo.

Stefan Mladenovic holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, which they obtained from the Faculty of Engineering Sciences in Kragujevac. Stefan attended this institution from 2009 to 2014. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2008, they attended the First Technical School in Kragujevac, specializing in computer engineering technology/technician. Additionally, Stefan Mladenovic has acquired several certifications throughout their career. Some of these certifications include ISO 50001:2018 Internal Auditor, Change Management, Conflict Management, Corporate Planning and Budgeting Process, Principles of Managerial Accounting and Financial Reporting, Product Safety & Conformity Representative, Project Management, Situational Leadership, Business Behaviour & Stress Management, Business Simulation - From Controlling to Decision Making, Selfmanagement, Strategy Training, and S.P.O.T. - Secure Presentation Optimal Transfer. Stefan Mladenovic also obtained certifications in MS Project, Pareto Method, Project Management, MTM-1 & MTM-SD, Safety Critical Fastener, and FMEA-QC Method.
