Peter Liu (Zhihao Liu) has a diverse work experience. Zhihao co-founded Hooked Seafood AB in 2020 and has been instrumental in its growth and development since then. In 2019, they served as a project manager for EEIG ECOTROPHELIA EUROPE, where they represented Iceland in a food innovation competition and developed a high protein vegan burger. Prior to that, Peter worked as a researcher at Matís Iceland, analyzing the physiochemical properties of salmon by-products and providing valuable insights to the Icelandic Fishery Department. Zhihao also had a role at Huawei, where they led a project on ergonomic evaluation of mobile phones, with the project being purchased as a patent by Huawei Technologies. Additionally, Peter participated in a project at the China Astronaut Center, testing the heat transfer capacity of the Feitian astronaut suit.

Zhihao Liu, also known as Peter, has a diverse education history. Zhihao completed their Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering at Beihang University from 2013 to 2017. As part of their undergraduate studies, they also participated in a short-term exchange program at Czech Technical University in Prague in 2016.

After completing their undergraduate degree, Zhihao Liu pursued further studies and obtained a Master's degree in Food Science and Nutrition from Háskóli Íslands between 2017 and 2019.

In addition to their academic achievements, Zhihao Liu holds a certification as a national second-level athlete, which they obtained in December 2011 from the China National Department of Sport.
