Tess M. has over 30 years of experience in marketing and sales. Tess began their career in 1988 as a Territory Manager at Revlon. In 1992, Tess moved to Visitec as a Product Manager. In 1996, Tess joined METI as Director of Marketing, where they led a team of 14 to develop innovative marketing, branding and communications strategies. Tess was later promoted to Vice President of Marketing and managed a team of 14 and controlled an annual budget of $3+M. In 2011, Tess joined CAE Healthcare as Vice President of Marketing, where they led the global market strategy of a B2B healthcare simulation company. In 2015, Tess moved to Redilearning as Vice President of Marketing, where they developed and led overall brand and market strategy to drive awareness, bookings and revenue growth. In 2016, Tess joined Relias as a Marketing Leader, Product & Strategic Marketing, where they grew and led a team of 15 to deliver high-volume product, demand gen and strategic marketing programs. Finally, in 2019, Tess joined Honorlock as Chief Marketing Officer, where they were later promoted to Senior Vice President Marketing and then VP of Marketing.
Tess M. obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Journalism & Communications from the University of Florida. Additionally, in March 2017, Tess M. earned a Pragmatic Marketing Foundations and Markets certification from Pragmatic Institute (Pragmatic Marketing + TDI).
