Michael Chrusch has worked in various legal roles since 1997. Michael began their career as Counsel for Dresdner Bank Lateinamerika AG (formerly Deutsche Sudamerikanishe Bank). Michael then moved to The Hackett Group (formerly Answerthink, Inc.) as Senior Counsel. In 2002, they joined PRC (formerly Precision Response Corporation) as Corporate Counsel. From 2006 to 2011, they served as Senior Counsel & Assistant Secretary for SFN Group, Inc. (formerly Spherion Corporation). Michael then moved to Signature Consultants, LLC as Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary. In 2019, they joined GA Telesis, LLC as Corporate Counsel. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Honorlock as General Counsel.

Michael Chrusch received a B.S. Finance with minors in Economics and Criminal Justice from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business from 1990 to 1994. Michael then attended Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law and obtained a JD from 1994 to 1997. In 2009, they earned a Master of Accounting from Florida Atlantic University - College of Business, which they completed in 2012. Most recently, they attended Harvard Business School and graduated in 2019 with an EMBA/Program for Leadership Development.
