Tiffany Scott BSN, RN currently serves as a Case Manager at HonorHealth Deer Valley since December 2023. Prior to this role, Tiffany held positions as a Clinical Liaison at Reunion Rehabilitation Hospitals and at HonorHealth from April 2019 to November 2023, working primarily at HonorHealth Thompson Peak Medical Center. Previously, at HonorHealth, Tiffany worked as an EMR Applications Analyst RN, contributing to the development of the Epic/Connect EMR System. Tiffany began their career as a Home Health Nurse at Southland Home Health and as an RN at Banner Health. Tiffany holds a BSN from Grand Canyon University and an Associate's degree from Glendale Community College, along with pursuing an MSN in Nursing Administration from Grand Canyon University.
