Maria Parrella Turco has a wide range of experience in the fitness industry. Maria is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of MyFitPod, a company they established in 2021. Maria is also the Founder of Salubrity, a mission-driven organization that supports independent fitness and wellness professionals. Maria started this venture in 2021 as well.

Maria's involvement in the fitness industry dates back to 2003 when they became the Managing Partner of Eclipse Fitness, Sports & Wellness. In 2011, they became the NJ & NY Franchise Owner of Crunch Fitness. Maria also had a role as Partner & Co-Founder at FitRewards, a reward and loyalty program for the health and fitness industry, from 2005 to 2018.

Additionally, Maria is the Founder of Honor Yoga, which they started in 2013. Honor Yoga is a network of eco-friendly yoga studios that promote community-building and well-being. Maria served as the Chairwoman of the Board for the Honor Yoga Foundation starting in 2019.

Earlier in their career, Maria was a Co-Founder and Senior Partner at New Paradigm Partners, a management and consulting firm focused on the health and fitness industry, from 2001 to 2017.

Throughout their career, Maria has made significant contributions to the fitness industry by successfully running and revamping multiple fitness centers across the country.
