Kevin Williams is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in software architecture and development. Currently serving as CTO at Honor My Decisions since December 2017, Williams has architected a SaaS solution on Azure focused on advance care planning counseling sessions, integrating with major EHR platforms. Prior roles include Software Architect at rFactr, where solutions for social selling were designed, and CTO at Twenty Sided Planet, LLC, leading development for iOS applications. Williams has also contributed as a Software Architect at Simplexity, where an enterprise-scale business rule set was implemented, and has provided consulting services for various clients, including significant projects for the Veterans Administration and the Department of State. As CTO at Blue Oxide Technologies, leadership was provided in collaborative software design, particularly around XML methodologies. Additionally, Williams has authored several influential technical publications, reinforcing expertise in XML databases and SQL Server.
