Keith K. Horikawa

Deputy Chief, Field Operations at Honolulu Police Department

Keith K. Horikawa currently serves as the Deputy Chief of Field Operations at the Honolulu Police Department since June 2022. Horikawa has a significant tenure in the United States Army Reserve, holding various leadership roles including Deputy Commanding Officer of the USARPAC Support Unit and Battalion Commander of the 100th BN, 442d Infantry, among others, from July 2007 to August 2024. Previous to the current role at the Honolulu Police Department, Horikawa was the Commander of the Criminal Investigation Division and held other command positions within the department from January 2017 to December 2020. Academically, Horikawa holds a Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from the University of Hawai‘i - Shidler College of Business.
