Herman L. is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in digital transformation and enterprise architecture. Currently serving as the Transformation and Change Manager for IT at Hong Lam Marine Pte Ltd since April 2021, Herman L. has been instrumental in developing a roadmap for digital transformation by promoting an Enterprise Architecture framework that aims to optimize business processes. Prior to this role, Herman L. was the IT Manager at Kuok Singapore Limited Group, contributing to the digital transformation across diverse business sectors. Herman L. began the career at PACC Container Line Pte Ltd as a junior IT Executive, later advancing to IT Manager, and has also operated as a business owner providing customized IT solutions. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Liverpool and a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Bina Nusantara Higher Institute of Computer Science.
