Gigi Ho is a seasoned professional in human resources analytics and information systems, currently serving as Manager of HR Analytics & HRIS at the Hong Kong Tourism Board since December 2022. Gigi has a diverse background that includes roles such as Human Resources Specialist at United Asia Finance Ltd., where Gigi managed a new HRIS project and conducted HR analysis. Previous experience includes positions as Group HRIS Analyst at Jebsen Group, Project Officer at the Hospital Authority, and Administrator at Megabite Hong Kong Limited. Gigi began the career with an administrative role and a summer internship focused on medical data analysis. Gigi holds a Master’s Degree in Data Science and Business Statistics from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, earned between 2015 and 2017.
