Gogi (Margaret) Hodder is an experienced finance and management professional currently serving as an Associate Management Analyst for the City of Berkeley since November 2019. Previously, Gogi held roles such as Nonprofit Finance Consultant at Shining Star Consulting LLC and Finance Director at Building Futures with Women and Children, where responsibilities included overseeing finance operations and managing a team. As the Founder and Chief Operating Officer of The Mosaic Project, Gogi significantly contributed to the organization's development and growth over more than a decade. Gogi's early career included positions as Senior Claims Supervisor at BETA Healthcare Group and Senior Claims Investigator at NORCAL Mutual Insurance Company. Gogi holds a BA in an Individually Designed Major (Russian Studies) from Stanford University, completed between 1986 and 1991.
