Prior to this role, Stephen worked as a Senior Property Manager at Tern Properties (277) from September 2016 to July 2020. Their experience also includes serving as an Associate Director at Synergis Management Services Limited from August 2009 to September 2016. Stephen earned their Bachelor of Social Science (Hons.) degree from Lingnan University.
