Gallen Leung has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Gallen started their career in 2003 as a Sales Engineer at Murata Electronics, where they provided customer services to renowned corporations like Sony and Uniden. In 2005, they joined Isahaya Electronics Sales Asia Limited as the Manager of the Local Customer Division, overseeing a team and handling sales of Power Electronics Components. During their tenure, they expanded the customer base in South China and Shanghai. From 2012 to the present, Gallen has been working at HKSTP - Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation, starting as an Assistant Manager and progressing to roles such as Manager, Senior Manager, and currently, Team Lead in the Entrepreneurship Division.

Gallen Leung completed a Master of Engineering from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University between 2006 and 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Computing in E-Commerce from the University of South Australia between 2002 and 2005.
