Cynthia Kwan is a seasoned professional in architecture and sustainability, currently serving as the Manager for the Central Technical Team at Hong Kong Housing Society since September 2022, where responsibilities include WLCA study and carbon reduction roadmap setting for projects. Prior to this role, Cynthia worked as a Senior Behaviourist at Behave, focusing on sustainability and humanistic design. Experience includes serving as Chief Architect at Ronald Lu & Partners and Architect roles at wda group and Woods Bagot. Earlier positions involved space programming at Harvard GSD Facilities Management and research assistant roles, along with guest speaking at the USGBC Green Build Conference. Cynthia holds a Graduate Professional Certificate in Sustainable Cities and Communities from Harvard Extension School, a Master of Design Studies in Sustainable Design from Harvard University Graduate School of Design, and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Southern California.
