Nike Kong currently serves as the Chief Data Officer at Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) since February 2024. Prior to this role, Nike Kong was the Head of Innovation at Hang Seng Bank from November 2017 to February 2024. Nike Kong's extensive experience at HSBC spanned over 14 years, holding various positions including Chief Information Officer, Head of IT for Global Liquidity and Cash Management, Regional Head of IT for Commercial Banking and Payments in Asia Pacific, Regional Head of Wealth Management Systems in Asia Pacific, and Head of Information Technology for Asia Pacific at HSBC Global Asset Management. Nike Kong holds a degree from the University of Waterloo.
