Alex Wai currently serves as the President and Vice-Chancellor at Hong Kong Baptist University, a position held since February 2021. Prior to this role, Alex Wai had an extensive tenure at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University from September 2010 to January 2021, where responsibilities included serving as Chair Professor, Deputy President and Provost, and Vice President for Research Development.
