Meena Vasir is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations, currently serving as Human Resources Manager for HAECO in the EMEA region since October 2021. Prior roles include HR Business Partner at Woodstreet Opticians, focusing on business restructuring, and Head of Human Resources at Green Tomato Cars, managing significant changes and people metrics. While at Carey as Human Resources Manager, Meena oversaw employee performance management and absence management during maternity cover. Earlier experience includes Interim Human Resources Advisor at ARRI, HR & Resourcing Team Leader at United Biscuits, and various HR roles at Sky, where Meena began a career in Human Resources after graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Behavior Studies, alongside being CIPD qualified and CPD accredited.
