Currently serving as Component Repair Manager at HAECO since July 2022, Carl previously held roles including Site Manager at Poeton Industries Limited, Production Manager at Biological Preparations Limited, and Production Line Manager at CAF Rail UK. At GE Aviation, Carl progressed from Operational Leader overseeing a large team across various engineering specialties to a Night Shift Leader responsible for production quality and safety. Carl possesses an MBA in Business Administration and Management from The University of South Wales and holds relevant qualifications in business management and aerospace engineering.
