Joshua Close has over a decade of experience in research and development within the advanced materials sector, currently serving as R&D Manager at Honeywell Advanced Materials since March 2010. Joshua has progressed through various roles at the company, including Lead Research & Development Engineer and Senior Research & Development Engineer II, beginning as a Research & Development Engineer I. Prior to this, Joshua gained research experience as a Graduate Student Researcher at Clarkson University, where the focus was on evaluating ionic liquids for carbon dioxide solvent applications. Joshua holds a Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering and a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Clarkson University, as well as an Associate's Degree in Engineering Science from SUNY Canton.
