Amy Sanchez, MAOL, currently serves as a Senior Diversity and Inclusion Specialist at Honeywell since November 2024 and has held a board member position with the National Association of Asian American Professionals - Kansas City since January 2023. Previously, Amy worked as a Talent Acquisition & Development Manager at Multistudio from November 2023 to November 2024 and as a Senior Supervisor at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City from January 2021 to November 2023, where duties included serving as a Senior Program Advisor and Senior DE&I Specialist. Earlier experience includes recruitment roles at Burns & McDonnell, Children's Mercy Kansas City, and multiple positions at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, as well as foundational roles at State Street, Taco Bell, and Volcom. Amy holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Baker University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Chapman University.
