Phil Meek began their work experience as a Secondary Math Teacher at Mississinewa School Corporation in August 1998. Phil then transitioned to the role of Technology Integration Specialist in October 2007 until February 2020. In February 2020, they joined Honeywell Arts & Entertainment as the Director of Movie Operations.

Phil Meek attended Indiana Wesleyan University from 1990 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics Teacher Education. Phil also holds a Professional Educator's License from the Indiana Department of Education.
