Jordan French is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel and Assistant Company Secretary at nib Group since July 2016, with additional responsibilities as Head of Sustainability (Acting). In this role, Jordan delivers practical and commercially focused legal services, providing regulatory and compliance advice, structuring new ventures, and overseeing commercial transactions. As Company Secretary of nib foundation since January 2017, Jordan supports the board in its mission to fund health programs for Australian charities. Previously, Jordan held legal positions at Smartgroup Corporation and Caltex Australia, managing legal teams and providing comprehensive legal advice across various areas including compliance and contract negotiations. Jordan's educational background includes a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance from the Governance Institute of Australia and a BSc (Hons) LLB from Macquarie University.
