Vimla Appadoo is an experienced service designer and entrepreneur, currently serving as a Service Designer at both the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs and Equal Experts since July 2024 and October 2023 respectively. As Co-Founder and CEO of Honey Badger, established in June 2020, Vimla contributes to fostering a dynamic business environment. Vimla also holds several significant roles including Board Member at Greater Manchester Local Enterprise Partnership since March 2021, overseeing strategic initiatives for regional growth, and Trustee at Diversity UK, focusing on advancing workplace diversity and inclusion. Previous positions include Head of Experience at Culture Shift, Lead Service Designer at DigitalBridge HQ, and Service Designer roles at FutureGov and the Department for Work and Pensions. Vimla completed a BA in Politics and Modern History at The University of Manchester.
