Francesco Diomaiuta holds extensive experience in human resources and people operations, currently serving as Head of People at Honest since August 2022. Prior to this role, Francesco was SVP, People Operations and VP, People Operations at SYNQA from September 2020 to August 2022. From August 2018 to August 2022, Francesco held multiple positions at Omise Co., Ltd., including Head of People Operations and Talent Acquisition Lead, focusing on recruitment processes and team management. Francesco has also worked as a Regional Recruitment Specialist at JAC International and contributed significantly to business development and recruitment efforts in sales and marketing. Earlier career experiences include co-founding Caffé Chiriatti and working in business development roles at Schell-Hammer's Imports and Unit Records. Francesco earned a Master’s Degree in Arts of Music Pedagogy from WIAM between 2008 and 2013.
