Mike “Batman” Cohen currently serves as an Ambassador for Stack Athletics and as a Principal Recruiter for 3E, where responsibilities include full lifecycle global sourcing and recruitment, building sales and candidate pipelines, process improvement, staff training, and technology efficacy testing. Since September 2017, Mike has worked at Wayne Technologies as a Sourcer and Trainer in a Sourcing-as-a-Service company providing data and outreach. Additionally, Mike has held positions as a Sponsored Ambassador for CRBN Pickleball and Montis Pickleball since May and June 2024, respectively, and serves on the Board of Directors for SAB Biotherapeutics while advising for organizations such as Sense, ChatterWorks, SourceWhale, and Honeit.ai. Mike holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Binghamton University, completed between 2003 and 2006, and graduated from Monroe-Woodbury High School in 2003.
