Kara Beth O'Grady currently serves as Project Lead for Career Architecture at American Honda Motor Company, Inc., having joined the team in April 2021. Prior experience includes the role of Organizational Development Supervisor at Honda R&D Americas, LLC from February 2018 to April 2021, and Sr. Organizational Development Representative at General Dynamics Electric Boat from August 2015 to February 2018. Additionally, Kara worked as a Wedding Coordinator for the Connecticut River Museum and as Coordinator for Student Conduct & Technology Applications at the University of New Haven. Early career experience includes positions such as Assistant Director for Student Life, Panhellenic Council Advisor, and Coordinator for Sanctions & Outreach at the University of Dayton. Kara holds a Master of Science in Education with a focus on College Student Personnel from the University of Dayton and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Wittenberg University.
