Zheng-Hang (Goro) Yeh is a Perception and Navigation Research Engineer at Honda Research Institute USA, Inc., beginning in June 2023, where significant contributions include city-scale 3D reconstruction of the San Jose area utilizing an optimized Structure-from-Motion algorithm. Previous experience includes positions such as Autonomous Driving Software Intern at Isuzu North America, optimizing trajectory planning for an autonomous driving truck project, and Software Engineer Intern at Aptiv, developing Watchdog ROS nodes for radar-based localization. Zheng-Hang also interned at Baraja, focusing on LiDAR verification, and at the Industrial Technology Research Institute, creating a ROS motor driver. An early career role as a Machine Learning Intern at the National Center for High-Performance Computing involved establishing an image classification neural network. Zheng-Hang holds a Master of Science in Robotics from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science & Power Mechanical Engineering from National Tsing Hua University.
