Sean Forde has extensive experience in quality assurance and continuous improvement within the automotive industry. Currently serving as an Audit Engineer at Honda of the UK Manufacturing Ltd. since November 2017, Sean plans and leads global quality audits for a network of 250 suppliers, adhering to IATF/ISO 9000 standards. Previously, as Continuous Improvement Manager at Royal Mail, Sean supported initiatives aimed at enhancing work processes and reducing operational costs across various sites. Prior roles include Lead Auditor for BMW Group UK Limited, where support was provided for new MINI product launches, and QMS Lead Auditor at Honda UK Manufacturing, focusing on compliance with quality standards. Sean began their career as a Vehicle Technician at Skurrays after obtaining a City & Guilds Technical qualification.
