Blake Neal has extensive experience in quality management within the automotive industry, specifically at Honda Manufacturing of Alabama, LLC, since September 2013. Currently serving as a Staff Engineer and Purchasing Quality Project Leader, Blake is responsible for project quality planning, establishing milestones, and managing SAP updates. Previous roles include Engineer Specialist in both the Body and Appearance Groups, where Blake managed Tier 1 supplier part development across multiple projects, supported build events, and addressed quality issues through root cause analysis and crisis management. Early career experience includes a role as Special Projects Clerk at Baptist Health System. Blake holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Alabama.
