Frederick Michaels is a seasoned engineer with significant experience in the aerospace industry. Currently serving as a System Safety Engineer at Honda Aircraft Company since June 2019, Frederick has previously worked as a Multi Discipline Engineer at L3 Technologies and held various co-op positions at GE Aviation, focusing on technical support for turbine engines and process improvement. As Vice President of Company Relations for NC State AIAA, Frederick facilitated connections between aerospace professionals and students, enhancing industry engagement. Frederick's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from North Carolina State University, where leadership skills were also developed as a Resident Advisor. Early career experience includes working as a Golf Course Groundskeeper, showcasing a passion for outdoor activities.
