Rotem Regev has a diverse work experience in various roles.

Rotem started their career at Aardvark Israel in 2013, where they worked as a City Coordinator from June 2013 to February 2015. Rotem then took on the role of Chief of Program and Operations from February 2015 to December 2016.

In 2016, Rotem joined WeWork as a Community Manager, where they led WeWork's largest location at the time, achieving profitability and increasing occupancy. Rotem also managed partnerships and oversaw the opening of various facilities, including the Hardware Innovation Center and WeWork Labs.

In April 2020, Rotem became the Area Director for WeWork Israel, overseeing 13 locations and executing WeWork's offerings to over 12,000 members. Rotem also led Covid-19 crisis management and implemented a new re-organizational structure for WeWork Israel.

In May 2021, Rotem was promoted to Chief Operating Officer at WeWork Israel, where they took charge of the day-to-day operations. Rotem managed sales, community, people, member support, and business operations while also overseeing business development and marketing. Rotem successfully transitioned WeWork Israel to a local self-operated structure as a franchised market.

Rotem is currently working at Homez as the General Manager, starting in November 2022.

Rotem Regev pursued their education at Tel Aviv University from 2011 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Anthropology. Later, from 2019 to 2021, Rotem attended Reichman University, obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in AI & Big Data.
