Frank Najbart has extensive work experience in a variety of roles. In 2022, they began working as a Product Operations & Technical Support Specialist and Product Operations Intern for HomeWAV. From 2014 to 2021, they worked as a Remote Guard for VisionAble Surveillance Solutions, where they monitored properties of clients, troubleshot and restored connectivity to off-site servers, and utilized Microsoft Office programs to document vendors, on-site client issues, and on-site security guards. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as an Android Advanced Support Representative for Convergys, where they worked with AT&T Android phone customers, providing service-related troubleshooting and executing solutions. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Facilities Technician for World Wide Technology, where they performed general maintenance around campus and warehouse work, including operating a forklift and rearranging palettes on racks.

Frank Najbart attended Marquette High School from 2005 to 2009, where they studied Information Technology.
