Kristi Richards has extensive experience in the real estate industry, starting with their role as Vice President at Gleason Magic Inc. from December 1993 to June 2008. Kristi then worked as a Broker/Salesperson at Realty ONE Group from September 2008 to April 2009. Following that, they joined ZipRealty Austin, TX as a Salesperson from April 2009 to June 2013.

From June 2013 to March 2019, Kristi served as a Realtor, Team Leader, and Agent Council Member at Home City Real Estate and Better Homes and Gardens/Homecity. Kristi then worked as a Real Estate Broker Associate at Compass from March 2019 to March 2020.
