Jodi Schmidt is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. As the Chief Executive Officer of the Human Services Skills Organisation since November 2020, Jodi has focused on workforce development in the human services and care sectors. In addition, Jodi serves as Board Chair for both The Empowering Hive, which provides support services under the NDIS, and Homeward Bound Projects, an initiative aimed at empowering women in STEMM fields. Jodi also holds the position of Managing Director at Sanjo Partners and Board Chair at The Sycamore School, which caters to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Previous roles include Non Executive Director at Innovation & Business Skills Australia and CEO of TAFE Queensland, where Jodi managed a significant turnover and workforce. Jodi's educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business from the University of Southern Queensland and a diploma in Market Research.
