Justin Tatro is a seasoned professional in the sports and real estate sectors, currently serving as a Real Estate Agent at Hometown Realty since April 2023, where there is a focus on efficiently assisting clients in buying and selling homes while exploring effective customer acquisition and retention strategies. Prior to this role, Justin was a Co-Owner at ProAtlantic Baseball from February 2017 to January 2023, responsible for training athletes of all ages, developing training programs, and coaching other instructors. Additional experience includes positions as Vice President of Operations at ProReady Baseball, Baseball Coach at Tuckahoe Sports Inc., and Owner of Richmond Baseball Academy West, with a solid educational foundation stemming from a BS in Sports Management/Business from Virginia Commonwealth University.
