David Berberich is an experienced professional with a strong background in real estate and home building. As the owner of U.S Energy Conservation Corp since 2013, David has focused on energy efficiency in construction. Concurrently, David has served as a realtor at OBX Realty Group since 1997, specializing in vacation homes, oceanfront properties, and new constructions. Additionally, David has owned Berb Built Inc since 1999, concentrating on custom home building and additions. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Virginia Commonwealth University, earned between 1990 and 1994.
