Susann Lesny is an experienced professional in organizational leadership and operations, currently serving as Head of Organization at HomeToGo since March 2019, contributing to the largest vacation rental search engine serving over 10 million users monthly. Previously, Susann held the position of Head of Campus at Factory Berlin, supporting startups and corporations within Germany's largest startup campus from July 2017 to February 2019. Other roles include Head of Operations at Dubsmash, where Susann oversaw operational activities from February 2016 to September 2017, and various administrative and managerial positions at Glispa Global Group, Crowne Plaza Berlin City Centre, Victor's Unternehmensgruppe, Loder Sebastian GmbH, and Sauerland Stern Hotel.
