Melanie Ledford possesses extensive experience in the mortgage industry, currently serving as a Mortgage Loan Processor at Homestead Financial Mortgage since January 2016. Prior to this role, Melanie worked at FCB Banks and Heritage Bank, both as a Mortgage Loan Processor, where responsibilities included processing completed loans, overseeing escrow, managing insurance coverage, and ensuring compliance with regulations for commercial loans. Melanie began their finance career at US Bank as a Teller and Assistant Teller Supervisor from January 1998 to May 2002. Educationally, Melanie holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from Murray State University and graduated as Salutatorian from Marshall County High School.
