Renelyn Cabahug currently serves as the Director of Operations at HomeSourced, Inc., where responsibilities include cultivating client relationships and overseeing operational functions, such as hiring and reporting, while leading a team of 200 agents across 33 clients. Previously, Renelyn held multiple roles at Concentrix, including Knowledge Manager, where documentation of system process flows and coordination of testing and deployment for the Intuit Payroll business unit were key tasks, and also at Convergys as a Support Team Lead, managing a team of customer support professionals and performing performance analysis. Renelyn's career began at Stream Global Services as a Subject Matter Expert and Customer Service Representative, providing technical support and resolving customer issues. Educationally, Renelyn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of San Carlos.
