Devan Thompson is the owner of Devcon LLC since March 2021 and has served as a licensed realtor at HomeSmart Premier since June 2019. With a strong background in the construction industry, Devan held various positions including project manager and consultant at Guardian Homes and business owner at Harrow Construction LLC from January 2009 to April 2019. Devan also has leadership experience, having served as past president and president of the Eastern Idaho Home Builders Association since January 2017. Education includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Management from Brigham Young University - Idaho, completed between 2005 and 2008, and earlier studies at Utah Valley University from 2003 to 2004.
