Patti Bennewitz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in community association management, real estate, and financial analysis. Currently serving as a Community Association Manager at Homeside Properties, Inc. since October 2021, Patti previously held similar roles at Douglas Realty Property Management and worked as a Realtor at eXp Realty. Earlier career experience includes serving as an ESOL Paraprofessional/Substitute Teacher with Fulton County Schools and holding various positions in financial analysis and project management at Scientific Games, Ryder Integrated Logistics, and United Parcel Service. Patti earned a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Logistics and Transportation from The University of Tennessee.
