Additionally, Kevin has expertise in HR consulting with a focus on total rewards strategy and long-term incentive design. Kevin's educational background includes a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Georgetown University.
