Olivier Buffon is a skilled software developer with extensive experience in backend engineering and product development. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Principal Backend Engineer at Homeric Technologies since November 2021, Olivier focuses on enhancing product-centric teamwork and cross-functional collaboration. Prior roles include positions as a Senior Ruby Developer, Lead Developer, and Senior Software Developer, with expertise in Ruby on Rails and Elixir. Notable contributions include the development of messaging infrastructures for OpenFleet and backend solutions for various projects at Mirego, including mobile applications and financial tools. Olivier was also the lead developer at Chronogolf, where foundational systems were built for a company later acquired by Lightspeed, and has previous experience at multiple tech firms, establishing a strong background in backend technologies and large-scale application development.
