Love Wannö Malmros has been working in the tech industry since 2011. In 2011, they began working as an Idrottsledare at Slottstades BMK. In 2014, they worked as a Kundtjänst at PostNord Sverige. In 2015, they worked as a Summer Worker at ICA Malmborgs Erikslust. In 2016, they worked as a Software Developer at ARKAD - Teknologkårens arbetsmarknadsdagar. In 2017, they worked as a Summer Worker at Randstad, a Scrum Master at Lundakarnevalen, and a Software Developer - React Native at ARKAD - Teknologkårens arbetsmarknadsdagar. In 2018, they worked as a Software Developer at Grade and a Co Founder and CTO at Homepal AB, as well as an IT Consultant - Part Time Work at Lunicore Studentkonsult.

Love Wannö Malmros obtained a Masterexamen in Civilingenjö, Datateknik from The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University between 2015 and 2020. In 2015, they also completed a Grundkurs i statistik at Lund University. In 2014, they completed a Grundkurs i Webbdesign at Malmö University. In June 2016, they obtained a Mensae certification from Mensa Sverige.
